This is definitely great content. It’s funny and unique. However I still wonder what the ROI is like. I suppose it is getting the name of there, but does it end up selling the product? It definitely speaks to the idea they content has to be unique to stand out in such a crowded media environment.

Thanks, Mark, for reminding us how important it is to have a brand that “can extend into every crack and crevice of your business.” Plus, some of the more recent brain research from the last decade emphasizes how, even if we do not consciously register a pattern (or a logo), repetition breeds recognition – and fosters trust. The mouse ears in the wallpapers is genius! They are terrific examples of how the impact of small, unexpected uses of a brand can be more memorable than the effect of simply dropping a logo in the usual places (your letterhead, your print ads, etc.).
