I’ve heard all kinds of reasons: “Everyone is on vacation,” “Everyone is outside,” “Business is slow.” There are a hundred and one excuses to not market. Yet, there is one good reason to keep marketing no matter the time of the season — your competition.
It is true the summer is a bit different from other times of the year, but when everyone else is contemplating stopping their marketing, it could be the perfect opportunity for you to ramp it up a bit. That’s a zig while others are zagging philosophy.
